Irwing Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a South African software development company, registered on Google Play under the developer name FreelanceAppDev. We specialize in mobile applications and games for users aged 5 and up. We develop, own, and manage all intellectual property related to our applications, including Invoice Me.

This document sets out both our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms.

  • Business details you enter in Invoice Me (e.g., company name, registration number, tax number, contact details).

  • To provide and improve Invoice Me and other apps.
  • To process purchases and subscriptions.

4. Children’s Privacy

  • Invoice Me and our apps are for users aged 5+.

  • Invoice Me stores invoice and company data locally on your device.
  • We do not transmit invoice/customer data to our servers.
  • Standard security measures are used, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

  • Request access or deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of personalized ads.
  • Turn off push notifications in device settings.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Invoice Me or our other apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Invoice Me in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Invoice Me, you are fully responsible for:

  • Entering accurate, true, and correct information.
  • Ensuring invoices comply with your country’s tax/VAT laws.
  • Maintaining backups of your business data.
  • Using the app only for lawful purposes.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete data entered by you.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
  • All payments are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Ads & Third-Party Content

  • Free versions may display ads.
  • We are not responsible for third-party ads, links, or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Business, legal, or tax issues arising from app usage.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes will be handled in South African courts, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
